Wards dog training tapped into my Maverick (Great Pyrenees) inner awesomeness. Jordan and Zoe took the needed time to get him listening and responding to their training techniques. I love how there one on one sessions teach him specifically. They then take the time to teach you the (Human) how to use those techniques. Communication is key and Wards excels in that category. Jordan and Zoe yall are Rockstars. Thank you Wards for giving us a new trained listening dog.

I wanted to take some time before writing this review to see if I actually saw any improvement in my dog, Franklin’s, behavior. Before training Franklin would not listen to a single command and his biggest problem was that he was bolting out of open doors into the streets and would not recall. I had the in person consultation with Justin and he took note of all the things I desired to get him trained on and Ward’s Dog Training delivered on everything! Dropping my dog off with new people was intimidating for me, but after that first week. I knew that he was in safe hands. Ward’s communicated excellently and sent the videos exactly when they said they would. Jordon was Franklin’s main trainer. He was excellent. He took the time to get to know Franklin and figured out what motives him in order to get the best results. I am extremely pleased with his training and would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a board and train program. They really did treat my dog like family and that is all I could hope for when leaving him in the care of someone else. Thank you so much Justin and Jordon and the whole team at Ward’s Dog Training!

We are so pleased with Zoe's great work with our sheepadoodle, Milo, and with us! Before he started at Ward's, Milo had stopped responding to our commands, pulled constantly when he was on the leash, and would pull us down the street chasing a rabbit or neighbor dog. After his time at Ward's working with Zoe, he will quickly respond when we ask him to come, sit, or get in his place, and walks with him have been amazing. No pulling whatsoever. He passed by three rabbits when we were out the other day, and he ignored them completely. We are so impressed, and we can't wait to recommend Ward's to our friends and family who need help with their own pups. We also love that they are there for us for follow-up lessons if needed. So glad we found this great resource, and thank you, Zoe, for all your help!

We've done both the training program and doggy daycare during the day and we always have great service. The training has helped us coach our dog Clover to better behave in public spaces. At daycare they love on our dog, help my older MIL get the dog in and out of the car, and keep us posted on how she does during each stay. We know Clover is treated well and she loves going. We will continue using Ward's and highly recommend them.

Zoe our trainer answered all of our questions, I can tell she truly cares about every dog she trains. The whole staff was very understanding and professional. We’re very excited to continue with group sessions.

Ava and Winnie just completed private training with Zoe. What a wonderful experience! Zoe is an excellent trainer who genuinely cares about each dog. She always gave me excellent insight when I asked specific questions to help reinforce training at home. Zoe's calm yet energetic and caring demeanor made each training session a great learning opportunity--for Ava, Winnie, and me! I cannot say enough about how great Zoe is. I also board my girls, and the care they get from everyone on Justin's staff assures me they are in the best hands when I am away. It has been our experience that each staff member knows every dog by name as well as the personality of each dog. Training at Ward's is an investment that will last a lifetime!
